ADHD Mum is a website dedicated to providing resources to parents of children with diagnosed ADHD, in Australia. Melissa Nightingale is the main contributor to the site — her son was diagnosed with ADHD at an early age (4 years). Having struggled through diagnosis, therapy, medication and learning about ADHD primarily alone, Melissa decided to create a space where Australian parents of ADHD kids could come to find resources, build community and feel understood.
